Pan's Salt & Pepper Mushroom Jerky is simple and classic. Umami with a sharp peppery bite.

Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Mushroom Jerky is plant-based, vegan, a good source of fiber, allergen friendly, Kosher, soy-free, gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.

Available in single 2.2oz bags, or bundles of 5, 10, or 15 bags. 

Ingredients: Organic Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Avocado Oil, Water, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Black Pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Chia Seeds.

The shelf life of Pan's Mushroom Jerky is nine months. We do not use preservatives in our products. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two weeks after opening.

So delicious

There are vegan foods that are good replacements for meat. And then there are vegan foods that are just delicious in their own right. Pan's mushroom jerky falls into that latter category. It's just so damn good. And the salt and pepper is my favorite.
