Pan's SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. During high-volume times like holidays and major sales, processing may take up to five business days.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Portland, Oregon.

We begin working on your order shortly after it's placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@mushroomjerky.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All three carries pick up orders from our facility Monday through Friday. Your order may not be picked up the same day that the tracking label is created. 

Shipping is free for orders $30 and over, and $6 for orders under $30. Currently we only ship orders within the United States. 

Any delivery dates shown are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier performance, weather, and other external factors can affect delivery times.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange for reshipment at your expense. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the merchandise cost, but the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

TITLE, RISK OF LOSS & PACKAGE ISSUES
The title and risk of loss for your order pass to you as soon as we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for packages after they are in the carrier's hands, we are here to help you navigate any issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@mushroomjerky.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

If you get a notification that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend confirming your shipping address was correct and checking all potential spots the package could be left (including your mailbox, front door, mailroom, or with neighbors). 

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered prematurely, so please check with your next day's mail delivery to see if it is delivered with the next day's delivery. If the package doesn't turn up within a day or two, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we will assist you in starting a trace with the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to begin updating after the carrier has picked up the package.
