We are in the home stretch with shipping out online orders! Along with many parts of the country, Portland was hit with a significant snowstorm and our facility was closed for four days as roads were not safe for our staff to travel.
As soon as it was safe, we were back in the facility and running on all cylinders. At this time we've sent out 30,000 orders! We've been "out of stock" since November 25th, and we're starting to put together plans for going back online, hopefully later this month. Thank you again to everyone for their support and patience!
We received about six times the number of orders we were advised to expect the weekend after Shark Tank aired - it's taken some time but we're finally getting through most of the orders! We love hearing your positive responses as your orders are received. We appreciate everyone's patience as we ramp up!
Our Fulfillment Team is in our facility shipping out product seven days a week. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have set up our team into separate stations to maintain safe distances. Pictured here is Shannon, Jess, Amanda, and Craig (behind the stack of boxes).
As of today we've shipped out nearly 21,000 orders from the show, and we're still going!
Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions, we have added more shifts to the evenings and overnight so we do not overcrowd our space! We have three shifts: 9am - 5pm, 5pm - 1am, and 1am - 9am.
We had another big packing weekend, launching us past the 12,000 order mark! Here is Michael Pan dropping off packaged orders to be picked up by USPS on Monday.
