This stuff is amazing! I am not vegan or even vegetarian, but I would eat this in place of meat jerky any day. My manly boyfriend says it’s better than most meat jerkies.

Zesty Thai Mushroom Jerky has become such a hit in our household that it is difficult to keep up with the demand. It seems that I am purchasing large quantities very often. Everyone loves the spices on these mushrooms. So much so, that we have been playing around with spices to try and mimic the ones on the mushrooms so we can sprinkle this flavor on other foods.

One complaint...the bags aren't big enough. Seriously! These are so addicting! I love all the flavors and will eat a whole bag in one sitting.
