Found this at Sierra Trading Post and bought a bag. On the way to the car I tried a piece, it was so good I went back into the store and bought all 4 flavors they had. I was so excited I opened them all and they did not disappoint! Best veg jerky I’ve tried. Got home and my meat eater husband enjoyed them too!

As a mycophile, one would think I’d love mushroom snacks, but sadly most have left a literal bad taste in my mouth. But Pan’s Zesty Thai is by far the best mushroom-based snack I’ve tasted, with a very toothsome jerky-like texture that delivers umami-rich flavor with every bite (my wife found it a bit to chewy, but she’s never had real beef jerky due to growing up vegetarian.) Regardless of preference in texture, we both agreed the taste is AAA+

I've used lemongrass a lot in my cooking so the Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky was something my family had to try. Well, it definitely lived up to the expectations. Between the chewiness of the mushroom along with the savory flavor of spices mixed in with lemongrass gave this jerky a distinctive flavor profile that hits the spot.
