Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Original Mushroom Jerky is plant-based, vegan, a good source of fiber, allergen friendly, Kosher, soy-free, gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.
The shelf life of Pan's Mushroom Jerky is nine months. We do not use preservatives in our products. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two weeks after opening.

great taste, I don't miss the meat
Found this at Sierra Trading Post and bought a bag. On the way to the car I tried a piece, it was so good I went back into the store and bought all 4 flavors they had. I was so excited I opened them all and they did not disappoint! Best veg jerky I’ve tried. Got home and my meat eater husband enjoyed them too!

I have ordered the multi flavor pack several times. I like the variety of mushrooms. Really enjoy Pan's Mushroom Jerky. I have been purchasing regularly over last year and plan to buy more in the future.
