Pan's Zesty Thai Mushroom Jerky has a savory taste with a little kick, and is our most popular flavor yet.

Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Mushroom Jerky is plant-based, vegan, a good source of fiber, allergen friendly, Kosher, soy-free, gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.

Available in single 2.2oz bags, or bundles of 5, 10, or 15 bags. 

Ingredients: Organic Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Avocado Oil, Water, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Thai Seasoning (*Garlic, *Onion, *Lemon Peel, *Cayenne, *Tomato Powder, *Coriander, *Paprika, Citric Acid, *Basil, *Black Pepper, *Cilantro, *White Pepper), Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Chia Seeds. *Organic.

The shelf life of Pan's Mushroom Jerky is nine months. We do not use preservatives in our products. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two weeks after opening.

Good flavor, but nothing like Jerky. The mushroom is chewy, not like a beef but like a mushroom. Different but flavor was ok, texture wasn't what I desired. It was ok but lacks the stringyness that beef has, and is more of a chewy dried mushroom, not what I was looking for, but is just me. Maybe you'll like it more than I did. All you can do is try it.

A mushroom snack that hits the mark in flavor and texture

As a mycophile, one would think I’d love mushroom snacks, but sadly most have left a literal bad taste in my mouth. But Pan’s Zesty Thai is by far the best mushroom-based snack I’ve tasted, with a very toothsome jerky-like texture that delivers umami-rich flavor with every bite (my wife found it a bit to chewy, but she’s never had real beef jerky due to growing up vegetarian.) Regardless of preference in texture, we both agreed the taste is AAA+

The best flavor!

I have tried every flavor of Pan's, and this is definitely my favorite. It has such a rich, delicious flavor and I can't get enough of it!
