Pan's Teriyaki Mushroom Jerky has a tangy, delicious ginger and citrus flavor without soy or gluten.

Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Mushroom Jerky is plant-based, vegan, a good source of fiber, allergen friendly, Kosher, soy-free, gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.

Available in single 2.2oz bags, or bundles of 5, 10, or 15 bags. 

Ingredients: Organic Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Avocado Oil, Water, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Teriyaki Seasoning (*Orange Peel Powder, *Garlic, Sea Salt, *Ginger), Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Chia Seeds. *Organic

The shelf life of Pan's Mushroom Jerky is nine months. We do not use preservatives in our products. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two weeks after opening.

The texture and chewyness of the mushrooms was different and not what I expected or desired. Flavor was good, give it a tey if you like dried mushrooms and the consistancy of them then you'll like this. Wasn't for me.
